September 13, 2011 No Comments

Over the past 6 months, ACMA consultants have been developing a modified gap analysis process. This process will allow organizations to measure a facilities preparedness to achieve accreditation outcomes. ACMA measures a facilities systems and processes against key outcomes and criteria.
The process can be completed within a 2 day period. Feed back from facility staff has been extremely positive and is used to provide support and education to clinical and management staff. ACMA has completed 13 facilities across Western Australia and 1 in South Australia where an organization required a due diligence process.
The new process will provide greater cost effectiveness to origanizations with savings in time and money across each facility. For further information please contact us using our email link.
